Job description:
1) Strong analytical, root cause analysis and problem solving skills
2) Strong communication, interpersonal skills
3) Ability to work in team and individual contributor work environments
4) Advanced skill level in Oracle Development (SQL, scripts, Functions, Stored Procedure, Cursors , Ref cursors, Bulk Collections, Triggers, Packages etc.)
5) Strong experience with advanced PL/SQL constructs with focus on Performance optimization
6) Experience in Data modeling, E/R diagrams, normalization and de- normalization concepts.
7) Strong technical expertise on database Oracle (11g,10g) on Unix environment.
8) Experience and knowledge in UNIX operating system.
9) Strong Shell/Unix scripting experience: Perl, Python, Korn, Bash
10) Experience or exposure to Wholesale banking domain is a plus
11) Exposure with version control tools like Tortoise SVN or CVS
12) Knowledge on Autosys job scheduling tool. Version R4.5 or later i.e. r11
13) Open to learn new technologies.
14) Strong experience in Informatica 8 or later version in Power center designer/workflow manager and workflow monitor.
15) Exposure in working with various data sources via Informatica such as flat file, Oracle, Teradata database.
