Position: Java Tech Lead

Required Qualifications:
* 8+ years of experience in developing and maintaining Java based enterprise applications .
* Design and development experience in large scale web and enterprise systems
* Strong Experience in Java, J2ee technology.
* Strong Experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
* Experience in designing for performance and other non-functional requirements
* Strong verbal and written communication.
* Ability to analyze and communicate business impact of key design decisions
Preferred Qualifications:
•Previous experience developing and integrating B2B web applications
•Practical skills in Front-end development, Web services, content management, and Mobile development
•Familiar with agile development practices
