SQL Tools more on SSIS.
MVC 4
MVC 5 is huge plus but try to read on that as well.
Should be able to design the project without having the help of architecture.
Should be flexible to work on new tool and technologies.
Should be a good team player who should be able to work as a team rather that contributing individually for the project.
