Job Description :
1. Leadership skills and experience, High performer, self-motivator, and team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
2. Flexible, dependable with strong negotiation and analytical problem solving skills. Ability to multi-task under constrained timelines.
3. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (including MS Visio, Excel & MS Project)
3. Advanced MS Excel w/ Visual Basic for Applications
5. AT&T Managed Services Business Acumen with 3 - 5 years background with Service Delivery, Service Assurance, Life Cycle Management, Billing processes and organizations as the business requirements relate to the iGEMS system architecture.
7. Project Management – ability to lead multi-discipline cross-organizational teams to achieve results under tight timeframes. Perform fundamental project management tasks (e.g. conduct meetings with agendas and action items, build and maintain a Microsoft Office Project schedule, maintain an action items / task list).
8. Management Information Systems, Computer Science degree and/ or 3 to 5+ years IT DBA experience
9. Expert knowledge of ITIL Processes and AT&T Managed Services Best Practices
10. ITIL, Six Sigma and technical certifications preferred
11. Experience managing an offshore team.
