Responsible for leading initiatives and providing consultation to the internal and/or external customer. Possess expertise in the customer area he/she supports and has technical understanding of the business unit's systems, capabilities, and respective technologies. Analyze customer processes and requirements.  Prepare specified project documentation. Assist in business process redesign as needed. Maintain communication with customer and team members and promote a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, gather, develop, coordinate, and maintain business requirements for various projects and/or systems from initial phase to final implementation, assuring requirements meet standards.

• Work with assigned Project Manager to determine GPS Route. Define and schedule all Business Analysis tasks for the project.

• Responsible for Requirements/Analysis phase deliverables.

• Understand/document current and future Business Process and Business Rules - exact deliverables will vary from project to project. Discuss with PM and Crew Business Consultant if it is not clear what deliverables are needed for a project.

• Define Use Case List and Schedule, lead/create Use Cases (incorporating Tech Lead deliverables as needed), lead Use Case review sessions and achieve Use Case Sign-Off.

• Participate in Data Modeling – ensure Data and Reporting Requirements are documented for the Data Architect and Technical Lead. Act as a resource for the definition and understanding of data and how it will be used by the business in the new system.

• Work with PM as needed to re-estimate the project based on the GPS route used.

• Partner with the Technical Lead during Design Phase

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration with 5+ years of IT and/or business experience, or any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training.

• The ideal candidate has the above with 3-5 years project coordination and previous airline business experience. 

• Ability to travel as needed.
