- Understands Globalization
- Must know Trunking
- Has Lead Engineer and Architecture experience
- Cisco WebEx-launch WebEx Video
- MSFT Lync (on-prem and online)
- Telephony
- Technology and use case evaluation (PoC)
- Developing and delivering recommendations to senior management
- Resource should be an expert-level resource and able to complete a Voice implementation with little or no oversight.
- This level of resource is able to complete a moderately complex (single site or technology) design from scratch.
- They are effective at working in teams or by themselves in accomplishing project objectives.
- 5+ years' experience.
May hold any of the following
Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) Voice
Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)

- Cisco and Polycom telepresence.
- Customer would like to build and integrate video conferencing technologies into the Global Enterprise
- Evaluation of various room based and personal conferencing units
- Remote monitoring and business process integration
- Cisco WebEx
- Migration to Cisco WebEx from legacy conferencing platforms
- Upgrade of existing WebEx implementations to the latest version of WebEx
- Microsoft Lync (THIS IS OPTIONAL BUT NICE TO HAVE)
- On-premise and online
- Understanding of Pros / Cons with technology
- Compare and contrast with other technologies
- Telephony
- Evaluation of Call Manager Architectures within Enterprise and recommended improvements
- Technology and use case evaluation (PoC)
- Ability to build-out, test, and articulate all forms of Unified Communications
- Developing and delivering recommendations to senior management
