Job Requirement & Technical Skills Required:
 
•    Strong WPF programming experience with minimum of 4 years in WPF front end development.
•    Strong WCF programming experience with minimum of 6 years
•    Strong Entity Framework programming experience with minimum of 5 years
•    Strong Oracle PL/SQL programming experience with minimum of 4 years
•    Strong advanced C# programming experience required with minimum of 10 years
•    Experience with Telerik UI RAD Controls  using WPF preferred
•    Maintains adherence to architectural design patterns, enterprise standards/principles, global product-specific guidelines, usability design standards, etc.
•    Maintains a repository of configuration items for projects and manages key information such as build and release procedures, dependencies, and notification lists.
•    Standardizes and streamlines processes for version control system, requirements management, bug management, branch management and build configuration using TFS 2010
•    Ensure the application build and software deployment environments meet or exceed the availability, performance and resiliency benchmarks in SLAs agreed with business stakeholders.
•    Apply specialist knowledge and skills to detect and identify irregular patterns and discrepancies in application build and software deployment environments platforms and take immediate action to resolve issues.
•    Provide technical expertise and mentoring to programming team in order to meet project requirements.
•    Design major aspects of the architecture of an application, including components such as user interface, middleware and infrastructure.
•    Performs design and code reviews and ensure that uniform application design standards are maintained.
•    Analyse new and emerging trends in application architecture, evaluate alternatives, and complete feasibility studies.
•    Provides advice to senior management on application architecture advancements, and makes strategic methodology, development, and major expenditure recommendations.
•    Makes changes to methodologies, procedures and software development lifecycle , to ensure continuous improvement
•    Supports software development lifecycle and applies and follows appropriate programming/development methodologies and best practices as instructed.
•    Identify software infrastructure requirements for operating systems for clients and servers, and software services.
•    Assist in the development of deployment strategies.
•    Troubleshooting of application build problems of advanced complexity.
