Position: Core Java with Hadoop

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Duration: 6+ Months

Job Description:

·        Expertise in Core Java with knowledge of multithreading, concurrency and patterns

·        Expertise in Enterprise Java with knowledge of J2EE Design Patterns like Front Controller, Composite view etc and fair knowledge of view technologies.

·        Expertise in J2EE frameworks like Struts, Spring, Hibernate, Velocity templates

·        Sound knowledge of Hadoop

·        Knowledge of Unix Shell scripting

·        Knowledge of Pig scripting

·        Ability to set priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously on tight deadlines

·        Demonstrate troubleshooting and problem solving skills

·        Experience working in a team environment

·        Active involvement in the complete life cycle of software development

·        Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

·        Should be a self-learner with drive for results and attention to detail
