Description:
• MUST Have Excellent communication skills & ability to interact with our clients and vendors
• Human Relationship skills to interact with our employees and experience interviewing the
candidates on basic skills set.
• Must have knowledge on the tax terms like Corp-corp(C2C), W2, 1099 and other US tax terms.
• Good understanding on bench sales, marketing of the resources with exceptional communication
skills (Oral & written).
• Good negotiation skills, finding right candidates and searching appropriate positions
based on the resource skills set, etc.
• Experience working with Internet based job portals like dice.com, Monster, CarrerBuilder, HotJobs, etc.
• Experience with social media (linkedin, facebook, etc) to build strong human relations
and job posting and broadcasting the requirements, etc.
• Good understanding on different visa statuses including H1B, OPT, EAD, L1&L2, GC, TN, etc.
• Good resume writing skills - highlighting the summaries, formatting the resumes, etc
• Good understanding on the various technologies in IT Recruitment and broad understanding
on how the market works, etc.
• Hardworking, good attitude and eager to learn new things, and must be a good team player, etc.
• Should be willing to work in either early morning shift or late night shift.

· Strong experience in US Recruitment Cycle
· Clear understanding of the US Staffing processes/ Techniques – W2/ 1099/ Corp-to-Corp/ H1
· Bench Recruiting – H1 Transfer/OPT/CPT/F1/L1
· Proficient in using Job Boards like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, Free Job Sites etc.
· Maintain strong database of candidate for future requirements.
· Meeting recruitment targets within defined timelines.
· Exceptional Self Motivational Skills and willing to work in pressure situations if required.
· Excellent Telephonic Etiquette.
· Excellent written and oral English
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Source active and passive candidates for (Contract/Contract to Hire and Permanent requirements)
· Managing technical recruitments for the Business unit.
· Line up Candidates for Interviews and build a strong database.
· Vendor Management etc
