Role:  Sr. Identity Management Architect

Location: Columbia 

Duration: 6+ months

Job Description:

The Senior Identity Management Architect / Developer, ideally with Sun Identity Manager experience, will work with the program management team on the DC One Card (DC1C) identity management application.

The DC1C program was initiated to put a single ID card into the hands of District government workers and customers for all their DC government needs.

 The DC1C identity management application is being developed to centrally manage card holder identities and their card privileges across DC government programs.

 The Identity Management Architect / Developer will be responsible for designing detailed technical architecture requirements, developing, configuring, and testing the Sun Identity Manager-based DC1C identity management application and enabling logical network and system access.

Required Skills:

Experience as an application architect

Experience as a software developer

Identity Manager Design and development experience

Active Directory, Redhat Directory Server or other DM Integration experience

SOA and Object Oriented Design and development experience

Java experience and knowledge of various Java packages and IDEs

Experience in web design using server and browser technologies

Experience with UML, different databases including Oracle and SQL Server

Experience w XML related protocols (including SOAP), XML-handling package

Experience in designing and implementing large scale mission critical apps
