Job Title : Test Automation Lead

Looking for someone who has mentored within Ruby and Cucumber"
Practitioners of the Test Automation Developer focuses primarily on providing high quality, cost-effective automated test functionality for use by IT areas to validate the quality of new and existing software applications by modifying and/or supporting existing packaged or custom-built testing frameworks. In this capacity, Test Automation Developers analyze, design, configure, code, test, debug, document and maintain automated testing utilities, programs, scripts, and frameworks.
· Experience aligning automated testing solutions to most effectively and efficiently evaluate the acceptance criteria
· Test or development leadership experience
· Project management experience
· Thorough understanding of systems and data processing policies, practices and procedures
· Thorough understanding in systems analysis and design techniques
· Extensive knowledge of the systems development life cycle
· Understanding of project management concepts and techniques required
· Demonstrated ability to analyze and program complex applications and systems solutions
· Demonstrated ability to implement automation solutions throughout the testing lifecycle
· With full competency, devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. Designs, codes, tests, debugs, and documents those programs. Competent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of applications programming activities.
