Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills
• 5+ years of hands on development experience in Power builder / PB.NET
• Extensive experience with SQL stored procedures, performance tuning and database design
• Advanced SQL coding skills
• Good amount of knowledge and experience in Unix
• Solid understanding of Data Modeling concepts
• Excellent personal communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Retail WMS experience will be preferred

Roles and responsibility
ü Do hands on development in power builder and SQL
ü Work with the application development teams throughout the development life cycle
ü Evaluate new Business Intelligence technologies, features, and products
ü Lead or participate in Proof-of-Concept projects
ü Stay current with emerging industry trends
ü Ability to take initiative and ownership on tasks
ü Create Detail design document based on the business requirement
ü Create/Update code components and implement them as per the requirements
ü Good written and oral communication
ü Work with the application development teams throughout the development life cycle
ü Evaluate new Business Intelligence technologies, features, and products
ü Lead or participate in Proof-of-Concept projects
ü Stay current with emerging industry trends
