Job Title: Production Support Downstream Lead

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Production Lead to support a large healthcare client. The position requires the ability to work independently and handle end to end responsibilities for the applications in scope. This is a lead role and will be the point of contact for all technologies applications. We are looking for someone with a proven record in successful delivery.
Summary:
• 3+ years lead experience managing a small team across different time zones/countries
• 7+ years experience working with mid-range platform; DataStage, ETL, PL SQL, Oracle
• Experience with batch scheduling tool such as ESP
• Experience working in an onsite/nearshore/offshore support model
• Prior experience using application performance and monitoring tools such as Ignite and Team Quest
• Strong analysis skills
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage work across the team
• Experience with production support
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills
• Works well with a team
• Able to work independently
• Customer focused
• Works well in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
