CRM- Business Partner(BP)

CRM Service – Service order , Service contract

CRM Middle-ware – Integration with ERP, BDoc modeling & storage.

                                  Replication Modeling, Adapters & services.

SD Skill set :

Customer Master data , Material master, Output Master Data, Incompletion Log, Conditional Master data in Pricing, Documentary Master Data, Credit memo, Business Partners Master Data, Debit memo, Billing, Transaction processing, Availability check, ATP.

Financial & controlling-- Billing, Account determination, credit & risk management, Taxes.

MDG Skill set :

MDG BP, Supplier, Customer and Data Model understanding with MDG EHP 7.0

UI Understanding, how to create number ranges for BP

CVI Integration- BP with Customer and Supplier(BP roles and grouping)

BRF Plus validation and derivations

• At least 4-5+ Yr of exp  in SAP  CRM -MDG
• Should have worked in Transition phase of project.
• System configuration of all functional areas of the SD and order to Cash Process.
• Good Knowledge in Customer & Vendor Integration.
• Good Knowledge about SAP SD specific functions
• Worked on at least 2/3 development projects.
• Should have worked in project having CRM & SD.
•  Knowledge about SLA based service delivery and understanding of processes
•  Interface of Benefits with SAP and Legacy system
•  Excellent Communication Skills
•  Documentation / Config docs. / User Manuals
•  User Training

Generic Managerial Skills

:

Good inter personal skills in managing client and offshore.

1. Experience in supporting SAP CRM &  SD applications.

 Other technology experience.
