Role: QA Manager
Location: Woodcliff Lake, NJ
Mode: Phone and F2F
Duration: 6-12 Months
Basic Qualifications:
· Minimum seven years of progressive experience in Information Technology with at least five years of experience in Quality Assurance
· Comprehensive knowledge of testing methodologies, problem solving skills and application debugging from a technical and business perspective
· Strong leadership and people management skills
· Good numerate mathematical ability
· Demonstrated experience with Agile or other Rapid application development methodologies
· Experience working with JAVA/.NET technologies
· Experience in test automation and performance testing
· Proficient with the Microsoft Ecosystem (Internet Browsers, Operating Systems, Virtualization & Software)
· Proficient in SQL and data warehouse testing (e.g. ETL); Ability to understand and write complex SQL queries.
· Experience in using Client ALM or Quality Centre.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic team-oriented environment
· Experience working in an Onshore/Offshore model
· Experience managing mid-size team(s) of 8+ professionals
· Passion for new technologies
· Good learner; Self motivated
Preferred Experience:
· Minimum of two years' experience in Software Development & Design
· Minimum of two years' experience in Project Management
· Minimum five years' experience in automated testing tools (e.g. QTP)
· Minimum two years' experience with providing guidance on performance testing strategy
· Experience with configuring custom schemas and workflows within Client Quality Center
· Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
