Location: Newark, NJ

Locals only ……..The role is 65% Solaris and 35% Linux.
Required Skill Set for CompuCom Personnel:
UNIX:
· Experience as a Linux Administrator with emphasis on configuring and building Linux systems and clusters.
· Experience working with SAN attached servers
· Experience as a Sun Solaris administration in a clustered server environment
· Experience with UNIX Sun Solaris 8, 9, and 10.
· Veritas Volume Manager and Sun Cluster software
· Sun virtualization technologies, i.e., Ldoms, Zones, etc.;
· Familiarity with monitoring and backup tools such as Tivoli Storage Manager and EMC Ionix;
· Red Hat Linux certification preferred
· ITIL Foundations certification preferred
· 3 to 7 years' experience is required
