Position: Java Software Developer
Location: Philly, PA (Locals only)
Duration: 6 months
Interview: Phone than in person
Goal to lower the customer complaint/call volume:
Needs a Java software dev.
Exp: 5+ years
Must have strong Data skills: Ability to extract data, understand, find errors, from existing data, create data and a massage and translate data.
Must have the following:.
Experience with Public Messaging storage
Backend coding
Languages: must have one or more:
Java
Scala
JRuby
Jython/ Python compiled with Java (Look for Python as well)
Also:
Languages: must have one or more:
Java
C, C++
CSharp
GO
Need to be familiar with APACHE KAFKA
Key words: Active MQ, JMS, Rabbit MQ
nice to have!!!!!!! ELK Stack -Elastic Search Logstash
pipes/filter architecht
Kibana
Must have: NO SQL data base knowledge
Data Storage
Munging
Parsing logs
Agile/ Flexibility
Broad knowledge
Nice to have Front end java exp. , Java script, jquerry
prior company experience that will be preferred:
social network like TWITTER or Financial , Nasdaq
Interview process:
Phone screen for technical knowledge
In person ( 3 hour interview) in Philly
