Looking for US Bench sales lead & US Bench sales Recruiter. 

Job Location       : Madhapur, Hyderabad.

Experience          : 2- 7 years
Shift Timings      : US shifts: 6:30 PM to 3.30 AM IST (i.e. 9:00 to 6:00 PM EST)
No of Positions   : 5

JOB DESCRIPTION

Bench sales Lead:

·         Should have minimum 5 or more years of experience in Bench Sales(Marketing Consultants)

·         Must have knowledge on W2, Corp to Corp, 1099 (US tax terms) Job Portals, strong skills in searching social networking sites.

·         Must be able to negotiate rates and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates, and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements.

·         Must have experience in negotiating & finalizing salary/rate with GCs, U.S. Citizens , H1B, EAD,TN permit holders, OPTs, EADs.

·         Knowledge on H1 transfers would be really helpful.

·         Must be able to effectively manage and prioritize workload.

·         Must be an exceptional team player with excellent communication, negotiation and problem solving skills.

Bench Sales Recruiter:

·         Need to market the Bench of skilled Technical Professional consultant.

·         Must have knowledge on W2, Corp to Corp, 1099 (US tax terms) strong skills in searching social networking sites.

·         Must have good network with Prime vendors and Implementation partners.

·         Good communication, negotiation and problem solving skills.

·         Should have a zeal to learn & grow abiding with organizational objectives.

Hands on experience in end to end recruitment process across various IT Technologies.

Expert level experience in Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the tax term (W2, 1099 & Crop to Crop)

Experience recruiting, H1's, Citizens, GC's, OPT's and EADs consultants.

Experience negotiating compensation to close a candidate

Experience using recruiting portals like dice, prohires, Monster, and LinkedIn.

Experience working on VMS requirement.

Experience on hiring hourly, salaried and subcontracting candidates.

Experience working with Applicant tracking tools.

Willing to work as per US central timings/Night Shift s.
