SAP Business Analyst Job in Minneapolis, MN. ASAP.

• Keys are VBA and "SAP Business Objects" (also written "SAP OB" or "SAP BOBJ")
• Portfolio tracking and reporting, creating and maintaining database. They need a system that can provide better metric tracking
• Need to gather requirements and insure data is good, accurate, and current
• Both back and front end work, but prefer someone stronger with front end
• Phone hires, prefer to see samples of their work with the resume or at interview stage.

Qualifications:

• Minimum four years of experience with Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of experience with visual basic (VBA) programming, preferably with Excel.
• 3-5+ years of experience in managing and leveraging databases including but not limited to SAP HANA, Oracle and SQL Server (defining business requirements, managing data flows and application of analysis tools)
• 3-5+ years of experience developing databases (MS Access or similar).
• GUI Development tools: SQL, Visual C++
• Programming Languages: VBA, C++, HTML, Visual C++, SQL
• 2+ years of experience developing custom reports and graphs leveraging data from various databases and MS Excel.
• Must be comfortable querying data, developing reports, and presenting results to stakeholders.

• Demonstrated experience developing automated Excel reports or Spotfire reports using data extracted from Excel or similar database.
• Demonstrated experience developing a web based user interface or data entry portal (preferred language is HTML 5, but similar language is also acceptable).
• Adept at analyzing complex data, converting to simplified visuals, and communicating results to the stakeholders at various organizational levels.
• Strong background in customer relationship management from both a database and collaboration perspective.
• Experience working with PDWare, MS SharePoint, and or MediaWiki.
