Title: Junior IT Engineer - Unix and SQL
Location: Woodbury, NY
Duration: Long Term
Seeking a Junior-level IT Technologist for a long-term consulting & career opportunity. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting & resolving customer tickets for their cutting-edge mobile products. You'll also be involved in quality assurance testing as projects evolve.
Required Skills:
. Entry-level individual (no more than 2-3 years) of professional IT experience
. Strong hands-on SQL and Unix experience is required
. Must also have strong Windows / PC experience
. Any exposure to Quality Assurance, Java, JSP, SOAP, Web Services, JBoss, Weblogic, and/or Oracle is a plus
. Strong interpersonal communications skills
. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
