Description:
The primary accountability for this individual would be the integration of customer data to downstream systems. He/She would be responsible for collaborating with process and integration work stream and business SMEs to enable seamless syndication of customer data to downstream systems including SAP ensuring full technical integration of customer creation including acceptable SLAs and user experience.
• Gather and Document Customer Master Data Process and Integration Requirements
• Create Functional Specifications
• Create and document to-be Customer Master processes
• Ensure technical work is delivered per requirements by working closely with development team and perform application configurations as needed
• Provide appropriate change management documentation
• Ensure appropriate application controls and security are in place
• Provide status updates and communicate risks, issues, work handoffs in a timely manner
• Provide expert opinion to drive technology implementations and improvements
• Drive and pull together solution (wear the technical architecture hat)
• Schedule and lead meetings as needed
• Work with cross-functional SMEs within Business and IT
• Build test plans and test scripts
• Execute test scripts
• Drive defect resolution
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing with Business and assist with Training, Cutover, and Warranty Support
• Establish and maintain relationships with key business area users
• Act effectively as the technical speaker to the business project team, able to represent IT at all levels within the business stakeholder community
Experience
• In depth knowledge of SAP Customer Master - Required
• SAP ECC Experience. Five (5) or more years' experience required.
• SAP CRM Experience. Three (3) or more years' experience preferred.
• IT and Business Collaboration. Five (5) or more years' experience preferred.
• SAP Data Integration Methods and SDLC Best practices. Five (5) or more years' experience preferred.
Deliverables are in accordance to the CCR SDLC and Master Data team internal methodology models.
• Analysis and Design Phases:
o Business Requirements / ORCAM documentation according to SDLC standard template, and acceptance by the business stakeholders.
o Respond to and perform impact analysis on requests, expected to assist with estimates.
o Deliver Business Process functional design and produce documentation according to SDLC standard template. Ensure acceptance by the Development Workstream and monitor timely testing engagement on the completed work.
o Integration documentation with downstream applications for Customer data
• Build

o Create / Modify Business Process Documentation
o Finalize Configuration Documentation (assumes documentation is done in parallel with configuration)
• Testing, Implementation, and Post-Implementation Phases:
o Perform test planning and execution
o Develop test scripts and ensure complete requirements coverage by monitoring Client Quality Center.
o Report testing progress to the work stream leads.
o Oversee User Acceptance validation and achieve business sign off.
o Participate in the development of implementation strategies and plans with business units and IT.
o Develop Process Related Training Documentation and Lead Training Sessions.
o Participate in Cutover Planning and Execution.
Perform related support during warrantee periods.
