Job Title: PeopleSoft HCM Functional Consultant
Location: Chicago, IL
Duration: 6-12 months Contract
Required background:
5+ years' experience working with PeopleSoft HCM that includes:
3 or more projects or more than 1 year experience working with Human Resources
3 or more projects or more than 1 year working with Benefits Administration
Knowledge of or experience working with Time and Labor or Talent Acquisition Manager/Candidate Gateway
PeopleSoft v9.0 Experience
Ability to write and update queries
Understanding of system structure and records
Ability to partner well with technical resources
Preferred Skills:
PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 experience
PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 experience
Experience working with/supporting Time and Labor
Experience working with/supporting Talent Acquisition Manager/Candidate Gateway
Experience working with/supporting with Payroll Interface
Experience working with/supporting with Variable Compensation
Experience working with/supporting with Profile Management
Experience working with/supporting with Absence Management
