JD:
Deep understanding and experience in testing processes, tools and methodologies
Ability to work across teams to prioritize, plan and execute to schedule
Ability to assign and maintain resources as per the testing plan; able to identify critical dependencies during initial planning phases; monitors the performance of the team to ensure effective testing results
Ability to effectively communicate to leadership all risks and issues found during testing
Understands when more detailed communication is required with direct reports
Ensures that testing deliverables are completed with high quality
