Description:

The qualified candidate must possess strong writing and interpersonal skills and must be able to work under tight schedule and deadlines.  This candidate is expected to play a lead role in support of the Citrix infrastructure from Presentation Server 4, XenApp Server 6/7 and XenDesktop 6/7.

The required skills include, but not limited to the following:

·        In-depth knowledge and experience in Citrix Presentation 4x and XenApp 5x/6x/7x Server, Citrix Access Gateway, EdgeSight, Web Interface 4/5, Secure Ticketing Authority (STA), and Netscaler from both the engineering and administration point of view;

-        In-depth knowledge and experience in Citrix XenDesktop and XenServer, Microsoft AppV application virtualization suite;

·        Broad-based Citrix farm implementations and significant experience with Citrix farm migrations in enterprise environments;

·        Understanding of MS Active Directory administration, specifically supporting technologies and how they relate to the Citrix Infrastructure, have a strong understanding of GPO's and scripting using various tools;

·        Excellent level of server and application troubleshooting skills with a strong background in customer service;

·        Strong experience with customization and packaging of applications for Citrix and Terminal Servers;

·        Ability to create concise documentation for both technical and nontechnical audiences

The required qualifications for this position are

·        BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience;

·        Citrix Certified Administrator (CCA);

·        Minimum 5 years of experience in installing, upgrading, troubleshooting, maintaining Citrix Presentation and XenApp Server environments, including Netscaler;

·        Minimum 5 years of Citrix Access Gateway, Secure Gateway and Web Interface experience;

·        Minimum 5 years VMWare ESX 3x/4x/5x and Virtual Center experience;

The desired skills include, but are not limited to the following:

- Working knowledge of Splunk technologies;

- Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA);

- Strong project management capabilities, demonstrated through experience managing IT projects.
