Skills: Project management; Managing complex migration/implementation effort through Go Live; Corporate Actions knowledge; Change management; Business production readiness; Operating Model definition/testing. For IM Actions Version 7.0.6  Vended software application testing/implementation; SWIFT messaging; ISO 20022; Corporate Actions; Lottery Events processing; Test management

Comfortable in following environment :

---Business (non-IT) focus

---MUST make certain team executing to plan every minute of every day; no slippage allowed

---Standard PM tools (MS Project) and Status Reporting (Northern's methodology, reporting, status meetings, etc.)

-Subject Matter expertise (Corporate Actions, SWIFT) a plus; if not, have plenty such Northern SME's on team

-Team is Business Front-line users

-Coordinates with IT PM

-Represents Project at weekly Program level team meeting

-Active in Weekly Project Manager meeting

General requirements:

• Relevant work experience as typically acquired in 5 to 7 years

• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies

• Demonstrated experience using Project Management software tools.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Communicate complex concepts and ideas effectively to all levels within the organization

• Ability to manage complex projects (ie. number of resources, functional areas, time requirements, and the organizational experience of the subject)

• Ability to develop, create and deliver presentations to all levels within the organization

• High level analytical and problem solving skills

• Proven ability to meet deadlines

• Ability to complete projects in a timely manner with little supervision or direction

• Ability to influence others without direct lines of authority

• Forward thinking to identify potential issues and/or risks to resolve or minimize in advance

• Ability to handle multiple projects at one time; Exceptional organizational skills with ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to change

• Collaborative working style and ability to develop/sustain productive work relationships with key stakeholders across all areas and levels of the organization as well as external consultants

• Demonstrated ability to continuously learn and improve understanding of project methodology and tools

• Microsoft Office
