1. Good understanding of CSG or Amdocs or any other billing systems
2. Good experience in telecom domain
3. Good exposure in Order management, provisioning, billing.
4. Excellent communication skills
5. "Next Gen provisioning" and "Charter" background are bonus
6. Problem solver
