  • Work in liaison with business stakeholders for the project planning, requirements clarification
  • Coordinating Requirement verification meetings with all stake holding teams for new enhancements for Salesforce.com projects. Help and prioritize the customer requirements as per business value
  • Co-ordinate & follow up with business users, internal/external development teams during the enhancements, user acceptance testing & production issues.
  • Regular status reporting, task tracking and issues resolution for all Salesforce.com projects
  • Project execution, monitoring, control and closure activities
  • Help customer with regulatory compliance activities during software build and delivery
  • Support in preparing user manuals, provide user training and support, manage knowledge sharing and training within the team, demonstrate expertise in conveying technical courses, concepts and ideas.
