Total Experience Required 8-12 Years
Mandatory Technical Skills
Perform business analysis planning, including identification of appropriate stakeholders and information that must be obtained,
prioritization of tasks based on business value, verification that all requirements support delivery of business value and objectives,
and assessment of impact on all primary and secondary systems
• Marketing, Rewards / Loyalty Program, and E-Commerce experience a plus
• Experience supporting Marketing or E-Commerce related email and SMS/Text programs a plus
Mandatory Functional Skills
"• As an IT BA, work with the business to create logical and innovative solutions to support
changing business processes by integrating streamlined future state needs with current state needs,
while maintaining technological integrity and adhering to industry standards
• Strong Experience in Requirements Gathering and documenting requirements via Specifications documents
• Project management experience desired – would be responsible for coordinating
the creation of project plans by soliciting inputs from all resources involved in the project;
would be responsible for managing risk and issue logs as well as project status reports
• Strong experience working with application development projects in an IT organization
• Strong analytical skills a plus as some work will include research on production type issues
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions, and help IT development teams develop timelines and milestones for project development
• Write clear, concise, and unambiguous business requirements, functional and non-functional requirements
• Translate business requirements into specified project briefs for presentation to management, development, and Quality Assurance teams.
• Work closely with developers, vendors, and end users to ensure technical compatibility and business process
uniformity of current and future state technological systems
• Support development by reviewing Entity Relationship Diagrams, interaction diagrams, and other UML techniques"
