Face to Face Interview required

Position: Senior .Net Developer with CMS exp

Location: Bridgewater, NJ

Duration: 3-6 Months Contract with Possible extension

Specific activities include:

·         Creation of new sites in CMS based on designs by creative agencies or on existing themes already developed

·         Creation of custom modules in CMS to enhance the existing platform and/or meet specific project needs

·         Code review of work done by contract agencies or other team members

·         Technical support of Content Managers

·         Assist in deployments of new code or site themes

·         Participate in troubleshooting and analysis of site performance and platform/site/database security.

·         Implement integrations with 3rd party digital marketing or supporting services (ex: Web Analytics, CRMs, CDN, and Email Marketing Engines).

·         Testing of website and modules

·         Enhance coding standards, development guidelines and delivery practices for efficiency

·         Domain Management

·         Create/configure/manage and support new servers required for website operations

·         Server maintenance and patching

·         Install/configure and support web monitoring tools

Required Skills:

·         5-8 years' strong functional knowledge and experience in Microsoft Web Technology Stack (IIS, ASP.NET, SQL Server)

·         Strong knowledge of modern HTML and CSS standards

·         Currently in or recently was in a role of senior engineer for mid-size to large enterprise wide digital platforms

·         Experience in the past having architected large scale platforms with hands on experience across all layers of digital solution architecture – presentation, application, data and middleware

·         Conversant (even if not hands on) with evolving technologies from the client side JavaScript world (Angular, JQuery, Bootstrap) etc

·         Familiarity with infrastructure platforms and hosting solutions providers and their architectures

·         Deep background across at least 2 areas of the following technology landscapes

·         Web Content Management Systems (Sitecore, EpiServer, Ektron, WordPress, Drupal, Joomla or similar)

·         Client side JavaScript frameworks (JQuery, Bootstrap, Angular JS)

·         SQL Server (SQL Integration Services, Reporting Services, T-SQL)

·         IIS and web infrastructure (load balancers, CDN, firewalls).

·         Define and implement proof-of-concepts for proving new technologies

·         Proven experience in requirement gathering, fit/gap analysis, documenting design, test planning and execution, training strategy, and planning.

·         Good oral and written communication skills

·         Proven problem solving and decision-making skills for complex problems

·         Strong organizational skills; ability to multi-task and attention to detail

·         Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment with general direction

·         Self-starter; ability to drive changes to promote functional productivity and efficiency

Desired Skills:

·         Good knowledge of Customer Marketing and Web Analytics Systems (ex:  Google Analytics, Marketo, MailChimp, Salesforce) and associate integration APIs.

·         Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

·         At least one project delivered using DotNetNuke/Evoq Content or other .NET based web content management system
