Job Description :             

1)      Digital Project  - Design and develop reports and dashboards for business users that manage the Digital business at client. The user community includes users from merchandising, marketing operations, risk and fraud and distribution center. The reports include key web metrics such as demand, sales, order metrics and operational metrics. Saks and Off5th are converting from Cognos to the common MicroStrategy enterprise reporting tool and the project includes a combination of implementing source data integration to adopt existing reports and creation of new reports which do not exist at client today.

2)      CRM Project  - Implement a new cross-banner Customer Relationship Management database at Client that will store key marketing  sales and operational data to support our various customer applications and reports. The Business Intelligence part of the project is primarily focused on standard reporting and dashboards that will provide a customer view of business performance for various business users throughout the company.
