Requirements:-
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Equivalent technical experience may be substituted for this educational requirement.

• 10+ years' experience in Platform engineering and operations of Enterprise application platforms
• 3+ years' experience in TIBCO platform administration: installation, upgrade, configuration, administration, maintenance, and optimization of Enterprise Message Service (EMS), HAWK, and BusinessWorks (BW) in a load-balanced, fault-tolerant, high-usage environment.
• Experience with TIBCO Enterprise Message Service (EMS) high availability in Fault-Tolerant environment
• Experience with TIBCO adapter technologies such as Database, plugins for Salesforce, REST, SOAP.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with stakeholders, at various organizational levels.
• Demonstrated interest in learning new technologies and applications.
• Ability to build strong relationships with geographically dispersed teams and vendors.
• Expertise managing TIBCO domains and projects
• Understand firewalls, networks, and security technologies such as LDAP, SSL, digital certificates
• Working knowledge of Java, Shell Scripting and Ant scripting experience
• Analytical ability to trouble shoot issues in Production environment
• Administration of other Tibco components Business Connect, BusinessEvents, ActiveSpaces, API Exchange is a plus
• Prior Tibco development experience is a plus
• Prior experience in Shared Services is a plus
