Requirements
Technically inclined business analyst professional with good organizational, communication and multi-tasking skills required to perform issues manager and workflow analyst activities. The issue manager responsible for monitoring the U-verse orders flow, analyzing and alerting on issues that impact the orders flow, issues management to resolution, and data extracts.
Responsibilities:
Proactively identify new order flow and fallout issues.
Complete a thorough investigation on fallout spikes and other flow through (FT) impacting issues.
Manage the root cause analysis (RCA) of issues that impact the flow through.
Manage the resolutions of issues impacting flow through.
Lead and coordinate meetings with all stakeholders for defect and issue status and ETA's.
Monitor and lead investigation any sort of anomaly on the reports, drive solution and report status to ATT management.
Communication to management (heads up of issues, business impact, mitigation plan, resolution plan, statuses, escalation procedure).
Prepare flow through reports (KPI, CDA, etc.).
Develop ad-hoc, and recurring data reports as requested by clients.
Support U-Verse P1 outage calls and provide outage management communication to WOC leadership.
Required Skills:
Ability of leading and motivating different application teams.
Ability to maintain good inter-team and Customer relationships, effectively facilitate meetings.
Ability to efficiently and effectively manager several concurrent projects, anticipating problems and initiating corrective action.
Good planning, organizational and task administration skills.
Quick learning abilities, thoroughness, diligence, patience and optimistic attitude.
Database and software: Oracle, Toad (SQL Tool)
Presentation tools skills (Word, Excel, PPT, MS project, MS Visio, etc.)
Fluent in English able to communicate both verbally and in writing
Preferred:
Working experience with various products (Billing, Customer Care, Ordering etc)
Knowledge of UNIX, Oracle, SQL, Tuxedo, Weblogic, Citrix.
