IT team will need developer resources for Migrating Active Spaces/ Content from Wiki Central to Wiki 5.x
Below are skills required for a Developer, including both server-side and client-side. Client-side skills are in italics.
Must have:
- Java development skill
- Ability to document and communicate strategy for solving problems
- HTML5 & some UI framework experience (Bootstrap, Foundation, Semantic UI)
- Javascript & some front-end framework experience (ex. ReactJS, Flux, Ember, Angular, BackboneJS)
- IoC / Dependency Injection with Spring
- SpringMVC and Spring Boot frameworks
- JUnit/TestNG/Spock
- SQL / JPA
- Maven
- Scrum methodology
- Unix command line experience
Ability or willingness to learn
- Jira and Confluence as a user
- Confluence SDK for plugin development
- Liquibase or Flyway
- Vaadin framework
- JS form validation (ex. http://parsleyjs.org/)
