Requirements:

• Typical responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to the following:
• Full SDLC framework to analyze, develop, enhance and maintain software solutions.

Programming skills include:

• C# in an ASP .NET ver. 2.0 MVC framework
• Design, implement, enhance presentation layer using XHTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML, Web Services, etc.

Proficient in:

• SQL Server stored procedures, object oriented programming

General testing skills including:

• Functional, unit, smoke testing, test cases, test scripts
• Knowledgeable in release management and deployment of software
• Generating both systems and user documents as required.
• Knowledgeable in Agile (scrum) methodology framework
• Ability to write technical documentation
• Ability to work independently and make technical decisions
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Technology or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of development, especially in the web technologies area
• Former local, state, federal government experience preferred
