Position: Microsoft CRM Developer

Location: Lansing MI

Duration: 12 Months

Job Description: 

• Development – create user interface, workflows, notifications, reporting and archiving for pre-boarding and onboarding employees within Microsoft Dynamics CRM or CRM Online 2015, while following all DTMB standards, usability best practices, and State and Federal laws. Contractor will be present and participate in code review meetings as needed 
• Integration – Integrate the onboarding system with existing process for office builds, ID/access key cards, computer/network requests, remote access, and phone/wiring and wireless requests (examples: Remedy, InfoPath/SharePoint, SQL, custom solutions) 
• Test – Create test plans, test onboarding application and integration, and monitor user acceptance testing. The following deliverables must be provided to the State of Michigan: Full functional design plan, and Full system design plan 
• Documentation/Knowledge Transfer – Document the onboarding application and integration code according to State standards. Documentation and knowledge transfer must be provided to specified DTMB staff 
• Training – Train end users, trainers and support staff on the onboarding application and integration. The following deliverable must be provided to the State of Michigan: end user training manual 

Skills Required: MUST HAVE ALL REQUIRED SKILLS TO BE CONSIDERED. 
Client is looking for a Microsoft CRM Developer for the MI DTMB account in Dimondale, MI. Candidates must possess the following required skills: 

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or related fields. 
• Software Engineer with at least 5 years of experience working with Microsoft .NET 
• Passed a Microsoft CRM Certification Exam for Applications, Installation and Configuration or Customization 
• Has at least 2 years' experience designing and developing applications/solutions based on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM versions 2013 and 2015 development platform 
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, performs a variety of complicated tasks, leads and direct the work of others, may report directly to a project manager.
