· Implementation of CMMI L3 Practice areas for the entire Project
· Process Definition of Quantitative Project Management
· Monthly Process Compliance Dashboard (PCD) skills.
· Quarterly Project Health Review(PHR) skills
· Facilitation the Project Managers for implementing the defined Processes
· Metrics Data collection and Analysis and do the root cause analysis
· Support the Project Managers in Collecting and analyzing the Dashboard Data
· A Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Green Belt required
· Responsible for CMMi Level 3, ISO 27001, ISO 9001:2000 implementation across onsite / offshore teams including conduction gap analysis, process area identifications, internal auditing, process definition, process facilitation and process compliance check
