Description:                                                

In this position, the Cisco Contact Center Engineer will be responsible for helping to implement and then support a new contact center for the customer.   In order to be considered for this position you must have 5+ years' experience with the following:

·         Cisco UCCE including ability to support and develop script

·         Cisco ICM

·         Cisco CUIC

·         3+ years' experience with Calabrio
