Position       :  Salesforce Business Analyst   
Location      :  Owings Mills MD

Duration     :  12-24 Months

Interview   : Phone then Face to Face

Job Requirements: 

·         Salesforce System Administration Certification (client will consider someone with solid Salesforce Admin background but no Certification). Client needs someone Driven on how Salesforce functions and knows how it should be aligned.

·         Security Architecture

·         Custom object creation 

·         Advanced reporting skills

·         Trouble shooting login issues

·         BA- process reengineering, redesigning process experience is required.

·         Build out requirements to do the implementation

·         Requires a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Business or relevant work experience in Business Analysis, Systems analysis and/or testing background

·         At least 5-7 years of direct Business Analyst experience

·         Knowledge healthcare/health insurance domain. Claims processing, benefits design, coding.

·         Agile experience preferred.

·         FACETS is preferred, not required.

·         Need someone to think outside of the box, versatile experience, what the current trend is now, how to manager coding, claims, enrollment, and account management.
