Position: Oracle R12 Financial Functional Lead (10+ Yrs. Of Consultant Required)

Location: Bloomfield, CT, Phoenix, AZ and Philadelphia, PA

Duration: 6 to 12+ Months

Job Description:

·         Solution design and client interaction leading the team to develop design and get it implemented

·         Requirements gathering and its analysis

·         Interacting with business users, understanding their requirement and providing options for gaps

·         Testing FRICEW components

·         Coordinating with offshore/onsite technical team and clarify any functional questions that they may have

·         Manage / participate workshops for the initiative

·         Perform Project Manager tasks to ensure progress against the schedule, track project financials, manage staffing requirements, identify and mitigate risks and address any issues

·         Deliver status updates and prepare weekly and bi-weekly status reports to be reviewed by the senior leadership and client executives.

·         Perform Day-to-day management/liaison between the off-shore development team, the onsite team and the client support teams

·         Review of functional specifications to provide clarity and functional understanding for the development team

Skills Required:

·         10 + years of experience.

·         3+ years Oracle EBS R12 experience in a consulting environment leading clients with solution design and decision making to develop implementation plan

·         R12 EBS Functional experience with focus on Accounts Receivable

·         Knowledge of GL, AP and SLA is a plus

·         Understanding how EBS integrates with other external systems

·         Good Communication - Mandatory

·         Offshore Coordination Experience - Required
