Requirement: Business Analyst

Location: Boston, MA

Duration: 6 Months

DESCRIPTION:

·         Minimum of 5 -8 years BA experience

·         Analyzes business processes/functions

·         Gathers detailed business requirements

·         Accurately documents business requirements/functions

·         Demonstrates very strong communication skills (written and verbal)

·         Demonstrates strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

·         Interacts well with business users/technical team/project managers/senior management/vendors

·         Acts as a liaison between developer and business user

·         Demonstrates ability to resolve problems

·         Is very detail oriented

·         Has extensive experience working under a structured SDLC

·         Has experience with Use Case design/analysis/specifications

·         Develops and executes system test plans

·         Analyzes and documents system defects

·         Demonstrates the ability to effectively multi-task

·         Has a history of successful customer relationship and satisfaction experience

·         Is client-focused

·         Active member or certification in IIBA is desirable

·         Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) a high benefit
