Looking for someone with strong DOCKER experience.
Summary:
The Puppet Engineer works as part of a team responsible for planning, implementation, and end-to-end technical support of web-based applications into a complex data center and network environment, including design, configuration, tuning and support of the Operating System, Load Balancers, and Middleware stacks that are underpinnings of critical business applications. Experience with continuous integration pipeline development and support using tools like Jenkins and deployment orchestration tools will be essential.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of DevOps/Systems Administration/Software Development experience
- 6+ years of experience working with various Linux distributions (RHEL, CentOS, Oracle Linux, Ubuntu)
- 2+ years of Developing Puppet Configuration Management Modules in Master-Agents environments
- 2+ years of Developing custom and updating Manifest files
- 2+ years of experience in writing Shell Scripting or Ruby code (Puppet-related work preferred)
- Experience with Continuous Integration tools such as Jenkins, Stash, Crucible, Git
- Configuration of Docker Containers via Puppet is highly desired
- Enterprise Puppet 3.x experience is preferred
