• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop and foster strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Ability to work on multiple tasks at any one time while maintaining high quality standards.
• Preferred knowledge of Microsoft Project, Railroad business operational knowledge, TFS, Clarity, Service Now.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to define problems collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

• Extensive knowledge of human capital management business processes.
• Expertise in business requirement development and documentation.
• Experience in data cleansing, data governance and data archiving.
• Experience in data configuration, data migration and data interface.
• Design experience as well as implementation experience.
• Experience in developing systems documentation, business process procedures and workflows.
• "Lean"/Kaizan/Six-Sigma experience.
• Experience in new systems implementation.
• Experience in integration of 3rd party systems to SAP.
