Position: Identity & Access Management Consultant
Location: Woonsocket, RI - Scottsdale, AZ.
Duration: 12+ Months 100% On-Site contract plus extension

Job Description:
• Leads the activities of providing new capabilities and driving value from existing capabilities from the Identity management toolset.
• Supports existing production systems; coordinates related support and enhancement activities.The support will require to work in 24x7 rotating shifts Technical Support -Incident Escalation -Product Support -Trainings -Performance Mgmt., change & Release Mgmt. -Configuration Mgmt. And service Level Mgmt. -Availability & Continuity Mgmt. -Incident Analysis & Validation -Monitoring the system performance -Monitoring the OPAM Environment -Resolve issues as per tickets -Provision accounts in to OPAM -Resolve issues as per tickets -Service enhancement -Product issues -Manage new requirements and services -Escalation Management -Compliance management and reporting -Architecture design enhancements

QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Minimum of 7 years experience with Identity and Access management planning and implementation including 8 years enterprise organization experience.
• In-depth understanding and knowledge of Identity and Access management concepts, processes and general trends in the industry
• Experience implementing Oracle Identity and Access Management stack - OPAM , Oracle Identity Manager(OIM), Oracle Access Manager(OAM)
• Experience in implementation, configuration and deployment of OPAM solution that involves integration with legacy systems using custom connectors and various B2B partners
• Experience configuring OPAM toolset to provision/de-provision system accounts, SOX attestations and custom workflows, SSO, etc.
• Experience implementing processes for management of Privileged Access using CyberArk(UNIX, Windows, Oracle, MSSQL, ESXi etc.)
• Demonstrated expertise with open, interoperable technical standards used for federated authentication, multi-party federation metadata management, and identity assurance
• Experience maintaining , troubleshooting and enhancing OPAM/ IAM infrastructure; leading or participating in their day-to-day operation and maintenance; and monitoring, reporting, and auditing technical, security, and business activities
• Experience with access control modeling methodologies, authorization policy management, and risk-based methods of access lifecycle management for applications and data.
