8 years experienced required.Training/education as required to meet emerging requirements
Perform the essential functions of this job with or without reasonable accommodation
Should be able to handle Inbound calls,
Providing support to customers, explaining procedures, answering questions and providing information.
Knowledge in basic troubleshooting of web applications desired.
Knowledge configuring and working with IE 11 and Google Chrome is a Plus
