Long term contract

Responsibilities:

·         Coordinate testing activities (test planning, test execution & reporting and defect management) with the QA Team

·         Provide hands on support for test case development, test execution, defect reporting and verification 

·         Review and analyze user stories 

·         Determine the test approach for application features under development

·         Perform manual, exploratory, and automated testing

·         Work with developers and product owners throughout the development lifecycle

·         Liaise with Offshore QA Team to conduct testing activities

·         Collect and analyze metrics and Prepare QA Status Reports

·         Run triage meetings for defects and production incidents

Education & Experience:

·         A four-year degree in computer science or equivalent, with 8+ years of software testing experience

·         Experience in Siebel CRM end to end Testing preferably Version 8.1 - required

·         Good Knowledge of Siebel CRM Order Management - required

·         Knowledge of Telecom Domain

·         Knowledge of CRM Products

·         Knowledge of CRM Access Privileges

·         Knowledge of OSM and BRM applications

·         Knowledge of RODOD architecture will be added advantage- Plus

·         Working knowledge of HP QC ALM 

·         Good exposure in Software testing Lifecycle

·         Good Communication both written and verbal which includes communicating with Client as well as offshore team

·         Ability to work under aggressive deadlines
