Websphere Message Broker, Java/JEE, Webservices, MQ

Experience Required
  1. Solid understanding in Websphere Message Broker (WMB)
  2. Working  knowledge  Java/JEE, Webservices and SOA concepts
  3. Experience in an Production Support and maintenance environment
  4. ITIL/Production management tools & process knowledge

Prior experience in working in a Corporate environment for a Life Insurance customer will be an added advantage, esp. in the Compliance space

Roles & Responsibilities
  1. Work with the customer IT & business teams to enable a 24X7 application support environment and manage the enhancements on these applications
  2. Perform production support,  maintenance and enhancements
  3. Ensure the compliance to agreed service levels
  4. On Call support (phone support)
  5. Flexibility to support Year, Month end batch cycles where necessary (work on holidays if necessary)
