Position: Java Developer with Jira
Location: Morrisville, NC.
Duration: 12 Months+
Required Skills:
- Minimum 4-7 years of experience in developing complex applications primarily using Java
- Capable of implementing Java Design Patterns
- Knowledge of open source libraries and frameworks
- Experience using and implementing Restful web-services
- Experience with databases (SQL\ NoSQL)
- Experience with Build Tools (Maven\Gradle\Ant)
- Experience with both JSON and XML data transformation and processing
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Work with various cross-functional groups such as development teams
Desired Experience and Skills:
- Experience with web development (HTML\CSS\JavaScript)
- Experience w/ JIRA Application
- Experience w/ groovy language
- Experience working with the Atlassian Java and REST APIs
- Experience with Soy Templates (UI templates)
- Experience Apache ServiceMix a plus
- Developed OSGi applications.
- Working knowledge of GIT / Gerrit / Jenkins / Tomcat
- Enterprise Integration Patterns
- Worked with Ajax / JQuery / AngularJS
- Worked with Apache Foundation Projects
