Skills:
· Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required.
· Experience working in a software environment in a solution design and engineering role
· At least 4-5 years' experience in supporting SIP, VOIP, IMS or similar applications.
· Experience with Telephony Application Servers like Broadsoft.
· Experience working with protocols like SIP, DIAMETER, ENUM/DNS etc.
· IMS 3GPP and Packetcable Specification knowledge
· Good analytical and logical reasoning skills
· Experience in interacting and coordinating with different teams like Quality Assurance (QA), Operations etc.

Ø should be able to capture business requirements, develop documentation, design, develop and implement solution in mind of the American express standards.
Ø Most importantly, work closely with SharePoint COE and ensure a sound process put in place to sustain the application's compliance towards standards/guidelines provided by the SharePoint COE.
