Senior Business Analyst #1 – Provider directory
Strong personal interaction skills
Strong requirements documentation skills
Strong SDLC experience – especially functional specifications and data mapping
Experience with health insurance and managed care business processes
HIPAA and ANSI transaction experience
Experience with ETL processes
Experience with IVR processes
Experience with RSO integration
Nice to have = basic SQL skills for analysis purposes
Nice to have = document management experience
Senior Business Analyst #2 – Web and mobile access
Strong personal interaction skills
Strong requirements documentation skills
Strong SDLC experience – especially use case and wireframe
Experience with health insurance and managed care business processes
Experience with external web and mobile applications
Experience with SOAPUI
Nice to have = Experience with ETL processes
Nice to have = basic SQL skills for analysis purposes
