Mandatory Technical Skills:
· 5+ years of development experience.
· C# development Experience.
· Proficiency in MS Build tools.
· Experience in Visual Studio Online
· Experience in Building and deploying applications, Automation experience
· Attitude to research solutions independently, Strong debugging skills, Experience working with Azure deployment tools is a strong plus
Desirable Technical Skills:
· Experience on Testing and working with Azure deployment tools
Mandatory Functional Skills:
· Customer Service
o Receive/Gather Requirements from Customer for work items.
o Ability to Prioritize work items
o Ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment
o Excellent problem solving skills
o Customer focused / user empathy skills
o Be self-critical and have an accountable work approach
o Experience working within a geographically-dispersed team
o Experience working across multiple groups and teams
Desirable Functional Skills:
· Discuss and Identify Continuous improvement opportunities
· Monitoring and Controlling Execution of team work items
· Passion to drive improvement in the overall customer experience
· Monitor and improve on Team Utilization
· Track and Monitor SLA and Metrics
